General

Game

- Added Arcturus.Mengsk

- Added Saber.VULKAN

- Addressed various bugs.

 

Mechanics

- Single target Spell Damage dealt specifically from Basic Attacks (E.g. Sliptide Unique, Energy Saber unique, Narud AA, Vergil HP, Cain E/R, Artanis E, Greelus Q-AA, Egon Q, Chuck HP, etc.) is now categorized as "Spell Weapon Damage" from Single Target Spell Damage, and will no longer proc Single Target Ability Spell Damage effects.
 

Help (F12)

- Updated.

 

Miscellaneous

- Updated Loading Screen.

 

Runes

General

- Added Sneaky; Grants True Cloak for up to 40 seconds. Attacking or Casting abilities will dispel the effect immediately. 1 second fade time.

-  River Critters and Hydranium Crystals now spawn at 90 seconds game time.

 

Talents

Wealth

- Now grants you +25 Minerals for collecting Hydranium Crystals and Destroying Enemy Wards (Sentry, Truesight, and Controller).

 

Structures

General

- All Towers and the Cores now deal 12% Target Max Health Physical Damage with 100 Penetration to Massive Heroic Creeps (e.g. Tyrant 'Timmy' Ultralisk, Sentinel Construct, and Bribed Units).

- Towers Scaling Damage against Enemy Heroes increased from 1.25%Target Max Health per Attack from from 0.75%.

- Towers' Siege Master now also grants the tower +2% Damage Resistance for each Allied hero in a 10u radius around it, up to 10% Damage Resistance.

 

Neutral Creeps

General

- Daggoth's buff (All tiers) no longer provide bonus Health and Energy Regeneration.

- Neutral Creeps now spawn at 90 seconds game time from 3 minutes.

- Aeon and Daggoth now spawn at 5 minutes game time from 6 minutes.

 

Devil Dog Hellion

- Base Health reduced to 500 from 1000.

- Health scaling per level increased to 80 from 40.

 

Imperial Cyclone

- Base Health reduced to 250 from 350.

- Health scaling per level increased to 50 from 25.

 

Merc Diamondback

- Base Health reduced to 750 from 1250.

- Health scaling per level increased to 90 from 45.

 

Prototype Enforcer

- Base Health reduced to 1500 from 1750.

- Health scaling per level increased to 100 from 75.

 

Siege Engine

- Base Health reduced to 1250 from 1500.

- Health scaling per level increased to 75 from 50.

 

Vigilante Vulture

- Base Health reduced to 450 from 750.

- Health scaling per level increased to 50 from 30.

 

Items

General

- Survivalist unique (provided by Glutton's Bite, Hunter's Knife, Predator Tusk, and Spirit Containment Vessel) now only procs on Neutral Deaths from any Enemy Non-heroic deaths.

- Lost Treasure, Miner's Goggles, Prophecy Stone and Culling Saber Mineral per second bonus uniques now activate at 1 minute from 3 minute mark.

 

Adamantium Alloy

- Now retains Fusion unique from Xenon Splinter.

- Price increased to 6700 from 6400.
 

Barbed Mace

- Unique Weapon Damage bonus reduced to 50% from 100%.

- Bonus Damage threshold reduced to 20% Health from 40%.

 

Cauterizer

- Removed Necrotizer component (Note: see Tenderizer).

 

Divinator

- Price reduced to 4100 from 4500.

 

Eternal Drive

- Active Base total True Damage decreased to 150 from 200.

- Active True Damage now scales with Target Current Health from Max.

- Cooldown increased to 70 from 60.

 

Galactic Defender

- Replaced Hyperion Incinerator component with Primeval Horn; now grants 40 Weapon Damage from 55.

- Unique Weapon Damage stack increased to 8 from 6.

 

Juggernaut Imperium

- Price reduced to 4250 from 4350.

 

Korhal Vanguard

- Cooldown increased to 70 from 60.

- Vanguard active now blocks 75 damage from 100.

 

Ornate flask

- Now gains 2 charges from Hydranium Crystals and River Critters from 1 charge.

- Health and Energy increased to 125 from 100.

 

Naix Claw

- Price reduced to 4750 from 4950.

 

Necrotizer

- Healing Reduction increased to 25% from 20%.

 

Shinobi Style

- Active Scaling Physical Damage changed to Target Current Health from Target Max Health.

 

Spell Buffer

- Cooldown increased to 70 from 60.

 

Symphonic Seed

- Unique ability use procs now have an internal cooldown of 0.5s.

 

Tenderizer

- Added Necrosis 2 Unique; Your basic attacks decrease healing effects by 40% for 3s. 

- Price increased to 2625 from 2050.

 

Warp Shard

- Active cooldown reduced to 24 from 28.


Heroes
 

Akasha

E - Energy cost set to 70/80/90/100 from 100/115/130/145.

- Cooldown set at 24 from 32/28/24/20.

 

Arges

HP - Each stack of Time now passively provides Arges with +2.5% Movement Speed.

- CDR per stack reduced to 2.5% from 3.5%.

Q - Scaling Spell Damage increased to 25% INT from 20%.

E - Cooldown reduced to 20 from 25.

R - Duration increased to 7s from 6s.

 

Artanis

HP - Scaling Spell Damage rescaled to 55-110% INT from 35-110% (Based On Artanis' Level)

Q - Cooldown between each charge usage decreased to 1s from 1.5.

E - Scaling Spell Damage increased to 50% Weapon Damage from 25%.

 

Avenger

Q - Physical damage per charge reduced to 40/60/80/100 (+25% Weapon Damage) from 30/60/90/120 (+60% Weapon Damage).

- Energy cost set at 50 from 50/55/60/65.

- Cast range rescaled to 7/8/9/10 from 10.

 

Biotron

HP - Scaling Attack Damage increased to 6.5% STR from 5%.

Q - Cooldown rescaled to 16/14/12/10 from 15.

W - Maximum civilians cannibalized increased to 7/8/9/10 from 4/6/8/10.

- Cooldown rescaled to 20/18/16/14 from 15.

E - Cast range rescaled to 9/10/11/12 from 10.

- Number of Pillars rescaled to 3/3/4/4 from 4.

R - Scaling Spell Damage decreased to 25% INT from 50%.

- Scaling Bonus Spell Damage (Pillars) changed to 10/20/30 (+25% INT) from 20/35/50 (+20% INT).

- Energy cost increased to 250/350/450 from 225/325/425.

- Cooldown rescaled to 130/115/100 from 130/110/90.

- Scaling Area Physical Damage changed to (+30% Weapon Damage) (+7.5% Current Shields)  from (+15% Current Shields).

- Minimum cast range reduced to 2u from 4u.

 

Gabriel

- Base movement speed reduced to 3 from 3.1.

Q - Slow per second rescaled to 12/14/16/18% from 14/18/22/26%.

- Energy cost increased to 80/100/120/140 from 65/80/95/110.

R - Tosh True Damage rescaled to 20/35/50 (+25% Weapon Damage) from 30/40/50 (+30% Weapon Damage).

- Spectre base True Damage decreased to 10/15/20 from 15/20/25.

- Duration rescaled to 8/9/10 from 10.

- Now goes on cooldown after active duration.

 

Garamond

E (Blue Gene) - Hitpoints reduced to 6 from 9.

- Missiles attack rate increased to 1.5s from 3.

 

Geneva

HP - Cooldown reduction decreased to 10% from 15%.

Q - Cast range reduced to 6 from 7 (Leash range reduced to 12 from 14).

(Empowered) - Bonus healing per second reduced to 6% Target Missing Health from 12.5%.

E - Cast range reduced to 8 from 10.

R - Energy cost rescaled to 200/100/50 from 180/120/60.

- Cooldown rescaled to 80/60/40 from 60/40/20.

 

Grunty

Q - Scaling Physical Damage reduced to 50% Weapon Damage from 40/50/60/70%.

 

Huntress

HP - Weapon Speed bonus per non-heroic kill stacks up to 5 times from 3.

- Stack duration reduced to 8 from 10.

Q - Scaling Physical/Spell Damage reduced to 50% from 75%.

 

Immortal

HP - Armor and Spell Armor bonus decreased to 8 (16 for Immortal) from 10 (20).

Q - Charge Plasma AoE reduced to 1.5u-radius from 3u (Explosion AoE still 3u).

W - Shields now scale with Current Energy from Max Energy.

E - Energy regen reduced to 0.5/1/1.5/2 (+0.15% Max Energy) from 1/2/3/4 (+0.2/0.3/0.4/0.5% Max Energy).

- Immortal now gains triple the energy regen he grants Allied heroes.

- No longer provides Debuff Time Reduction.

R - Energy cost increased to 35% Max Energy from 30%.

- Cast range rescaled to 6/7/8 from 8.

 

Ixian

- Base Movement Speed reduced to 2.95 from 3.15.

HP - Movement Speed bonus increased to 5% per charge from 4%.

Q - Cast range reduced to 16/18/20/22 from 18/20/22/24.

E (Blue Gene) - Scaling Physical Damage decreased to 25% Weapon Damage from 33%.

R - Technocracy Bonus Damage rescaled to +60/80/100% from 60/90/120%.

 

Jackson

Q - Base Bonus Spell Damage (Explosion) increased to 125/200/275/350 from 100/175/250/325.

R - Scaling Spell Damage increased to 75% INT from 60%.

 

Karax

- Base Movement Speed increased to 2.9 from 2.8.

HP - Cooldown reduced to 30 from 60.

Q - Cooldown reduced to 10 from 18.

E - Weapon Speed Loss rescaled to 30/20/10/0% from 25/20/15/10%.

W - Duration increased to 4/8/12/16 from 2.5/4.5/6.5/8.5.

 

Kerrigan

W - No longer bounces to enemy structures.

 

Kuradel

HP - Now loses 60 INT stacks on death from 40.

Q - Scaling Spell Damage reduced to +30% INT from [(+30%)^1.1].

- Cast range rescaled to 5/6/7/8 from 8.

W - Scaling Spell Damage reduced to 30% INT from 40%.

E - Intelligence Difference Multiplier increased to 0.5/0.6/0.7/0.8 from 0.12/0.22/0.32/0.42.

R - Scaling Spell Damage reduced to 30% INT from 50%.

R (Blue Gene) - Intelligence Difference Multiplier bonus increased to 0.2 from 0.1.

 

Maar

W (Power of Destruction) - Set Energy cost to 0 from 30/40/50/60 (+2% Max Energy)

W (Heat Wave) - Set Energy cost to 50 (+2% Max Energy).

WW (Path of Destruction) - Base Spell Damage increased to 70/90/110/130 from 60/80/100/120.

- Set Energy cost to 100/125/150/175.

WWW (Meteor) - Set energy cost to 150/175/200/225

E (Power of Creation) - Set Energy cost to 0 from 30/40/50/60 (+2% Max Energy)

E (Barrier) - Set Energy cost to 50 (+2% Max Energy).

EE (Frost Wave) - Now amplifies Spell Damage by 20% decaying over 5 seconds.

- Set Energy cost to 125.

EEE (Ki Burst) - Set Energy cost to 125/150/175/200.

WE (Consume) - Set Energy cost to 100 (+2% Max Energy).

WWE (Vanguard Aura) -  Set Energy cost to 75 (+2% Max Energy).

WEE (Savior Aura) -  Set Energy cost to 75 (+2% Max Energy).

 

Mandrake

E - Enemies within range that attack you now lose 6/9/12/15% Movement Speed for 3s.

 

Micro

W - Tossed Enemies take an additional 50% Damage from 25%.

- Toss range increased to 7/9/11/13 from 6/8/10/12.

E - Movement Speed increased to 9/12/15/18% from 6/9/12/15%.

- Micro now gains Slow Immunity while facing Enemy Heroes.

- Duration increased to 8 from 5.

R - Cooldown reduction increased to -5/-7.5/-10s from -2.5/-5/-7.5s.

 

Narud

Q - Cast range rescaled to 6/7/8/9 from 10.

- No longer proc on-ability use triggers. (Fix)

W - Spell Damage rescaled to 40/70/100/130 (+60% INT) from 80/120/160/200 (+50% INT).

- Energy cost reduced to 60/80/100/120 from 90/115/140/165.

- Cooldown reduced to 6/5/4/3 from 9/7/5/3.

E - Movement Speed slow reduced to 25% from 50%.

- Duration rescaled 2.5/3/3.5/4 from 2/3/4/5.

R - Spell Damage rescaled to 60/90/120 (+60% INT) from 60/120/180 (+25% INT).

- Scaling Energy cost per second increased to 1.5% from 1%.

- Now deals its damage in 0.5s intervals from 1. 

- No longer proc on-ability use triggers. (Fix)

 

Nemesis

E - Whenever the Oblivion Construct procs on Enemy ability use, it is now revealed for 4 seconds from 2.

 

Overlord

HP - Attack proc chance increased to 10% from 5%.

Q - INT steal increased to 10/15/20/25 from 5/10/15/20.

W - Base Spell Damage decreased to 60/120/180/240 from 80/140/200/260.

- Cooldown rescaled to 21/20/19/18 from 27/24/21/18.

E - Cooldown rescaled to 9/8/7/6 from 24/18/12/6.

 

Penthos

Q - Active no longer increases Physical Damage over time by 25%.

- Scaling Physical Damage rescaled to 30/40/50/60% Weapon Damage from 50%.

 

Pyro

HP - Scorched debuff now ignores Debuff Immunity. 

- Debuff duration increased to 6 from 4.

W - Scaling Spell Damage changed to 4% Target Current Health from 15% INT.

E - Base Spell Damage increased to 60/100/140/180 from 30/60/90/120.

R - Scaling Spell Damage increased to 6% Target Current Health from 5%.

 

Queen

HP - Biomass now drops from nearby Enemy units only instead of any units killed.

Q (Blue Gene) - No longer increases Spell Damage by 15 (+2.5% INT) per Despotic Baneling.

(Blue Gene) - Movement Speed bonus increased to 60% from 50%.

E - Sight radius 6 reduced from 8.

- Duration reduced to 420 from 600.

 

Raynor

V (Blue Gene) - AoE increased to 6u-radius from 5u.

HP - AA, E, and R now reduce cooldowns by 1, 2, and 4 from 2, 4, and 6 respectively.

Q - Base Duration increased to 8 seconds from 6.

- Abilities and Basic Attacks extend duration by 2s from 1.5s.

R - Spell Damage changed to 100-325 / 150-480 / 200-660 (+50-90% / 50-120% / 50-150% INT) [based on Distance] from 250/325/400 (+6.66% INT per Unit of Distance).

- Energy cost increased to 200/325/450 from 200/300/400.

- Cooldown set at 30 from 30/26/22.

 

Rancor

- Base movement speed increased to 3.1 from 3.

Q - Base Spell Damage range increased to 40-80/70-140/100-200/130-260 from 40-80/65-130/90-180/115-230.

- Stun Duration range increased to 1.5-2.5s from 1-2.5s.

- Cooldown rescaled to 16/14/12/10 from 15/14/13/12.

E - Duration increased to 25/30/35/40s from 10/15/20/25s.

- Now removes Rancor's collision while active.

R - Scaling Spell Damage increased to 12.5% Target Current Health from 10%.

- Movement Speed slow reduced to 25% from 30%.

- Slow now stacks up to 3x.

 

Rob

E - AoE reduced to 5 from 6.

- Added rangefinder.

- Now goes on cooldown only after it expires.

 

Starscream

W (Assault) - Strength Bonus increased to 60/90/120/150 from 60/80/100/120.

E - Flight active duration increased to 8/12/16/20 from 6/10/14/18.

- Starscream now gains +3 Sight during flight mode.

R - Base Spell Damage per Attack increased to 60 from 50.

 

Turraneth

HP - Psi Orbs now return after 12s from 18s (no longer reducible by R or Blue Gene)

Q - Base Spell Damage increased to 40/70/100/130 from 40/60/80/100.

E - Shields now last 6s from 4s.

R - Scaling Spell Damage increased to 45% INT from 30%.

(Blue Gene) - Now reduces cooldown to 10 from 15.

 

Unix

R - Cast range rescaled to 5.5/6.5/7.5 from 5.5.

 

Vergil

HP (Rework; Devil Trigger) - Vergil's Basic Attacks can Burn an Enemy Unit's Energy; dealing the amount burned back as Spell Damage.  When Vergil's health drops below 50% Max Health, the Energy Burn is doubled and Vergil gains additional Time Scale.

Energy Burn: 3%Target Max Energy

Time Scale Bonus: +5%

Q - Leech reduced to 10% of Damage Dealt from 15%.

E - Illusions now burn Energy based on the Current Energy Burn of Devil Trigger instead of 3/4/5/6% Target Max Energy.

R - Leech reduced to 10% of Damage Dealt from 20%.

 

Viron

Q - Now is removed by Debuff Immunity and Slow Immunity.

 

Zeratul

W - True Damage per stack changed to 10/15/20/25 (+7.5% Weapon Damage) (+1.5% Target Missing Health) from 10/20/30/40 (+3% Target Missing Health).

- Time Scale Loss per stack reduced to 1/1.5/2/2.5% from 2/3/4/5%.

- Debuff duration increased to 4s from 3s.

(Blue Gene) - Time Scale loss decreased to 25% from 100%.

 

Zyrkhan

W - Now momentarily disables Mobility Abilities of enemies that remain in contact with the ring.
