since this was written

 

Raynor had received numerous buffs

Raynor

- Basic Attack Range increased to 7.5 from 7.

Q - Energy cost rescaled to 30/45/60/75 from 75

W - Raiders' Attack Range increased to 6 from 5.

V (Blue Gene) - Now extends the duration of Marked for Death (Q) on enemies by 3s.

- Energy cost increased to 175 from 150.

 

 

More importantly, int contributions were buffed to give 50% more energy and double the energy regen

Symphonic seed has also been slightly buffed

Towers give energy regen

Changes to brilliance

 

This has generally solved the huge energy issues Raynor had in the beginning of the game, where generally after 3 casts of any ability, aside from q, would deplete his energy entirely, which for a mage is shutdown. This problem would diminishing-ly persist even through lategame. For a champ revolving around his cooldown reset passive to chain abilities, this was a huge hindrance. Much of the build priority had to be focused on just energy replenishment.

Now he flourishes very well as sustained artillery

Dustin is also healthy
