General

Game

- Added Neutral Pickups. (v2.79-2.84 - Updated)

- Addressed various bugs. (v2.82)

- More bugs. (v2.83-2.86)

- Various visual updates to abilities. (v2.84)

 

Mechanics

- Base Hero Kill Mineral Reward calculation changed to 100 + (8*LVL of Dying Hero) from 150 +  (5*LVL of Dying Hero).

- Base Hero Kill XP Reward calculation changed to 50 + (15*LVL of Dying Hero) from 150 +  (2.5*LVL of Dying Hero).

- Creep XP Distribution AoE increased to 14u-radius from 12u.

 

Talents

Veteran

- No longer modifies XP gained from Hero kills or assists.

 

Structures

Neutral Sanctums

- Base XP bonus reduced to 10 from 50.

- XP Bonus is now granted for 6 Minutes of Uninterrupted control of a Sanctum from 5 minutes.

 

Imperial Sanctums

- Damage Resistance reduced to 60% from 70%.

 

Items

Asura's Guise

- Drain 4 unique now ineffective against enemies with 15% Max Energy from 20%.

 

Cerebro

- Active now replenishes 300 Energy from 400.

 

Darksteel Titan

- Unique cooldown reduced to 10 from 12.

 

Electric Mantle

- Scaling Spell Damage increased to 40% of Triggering Damage absorbed from 25%.

 

Eternal Drive

- Health Regen reduced to 4 from 5.

- Active base Health and Energy Regeneration reduced to 150 from 300.

- You lose 3 unique stacks on death from 2.

 

Kassia Crystal

- Health Regen reduced to 4 from 5.

 

Nitrogen Retrofit

- Price increased to 3100 from 3000.

 

Omniscience

- Charge cooldown increased to 180 from 160.

 

Retribution's Edge

- Unique cooldown reduced to 8 from 9.

 

Sliptide Scythe

- Drain 3 unique now ineffective against enemies with 15% Max Energy from 20%.


Heroes

General

- Each point of the Agility attribute now provides all heroes 0.06% Physical Resistance from 0.02%.

 

Balrog

W - AoE now increases by 10% (or 0.4u-radius) per stack of Bloodbath (R).

- Cooldown set at 20 from 27/24/21/18.

- Energy cost reduced to 70/90/110/130 from 85/110/125/140.

R - Energy cost reduced to 150/225/300 from 175/250/325.

- Blue Gene Perfect Mutation now reduces cooldown by 20s at all levels from 15s.

 

Crackling

E - Base Spell Damage reduced to 80/120/160/200 from 80/130/180/230.

- Now reduces Heroic Armor by 4/8/12/16 for Root Duration. 
 

Cryo

Q - Cooldown reduced to 15s from 16s.

W - Damage type changed to AoE Spell Damage from DoT Spell Damage.

(Blue Gene) - Health Regen bonus reduced to 15 from 25.

E - Slow rescaled to 6/7/8/9% from 6/8/10/12%.

- Stack duration reduced to 5s from 6s.

R - Cooldown increased 140/130/120 from 120/110/100.

 

Darpa

HP - Stack duration increased to 8s from 6s.

W - Cripple Movement Speed loss increased to 80% from 70%.

E - Base debuff duration increased to 4s from 3s.

R - During flight, Darpa now gains 50% Evasion from Enemy Basic Attacks.

 

Dehaka

HP - Internal cooldown reduced to 5s from 6s.

 

Fenix

- Strength/Agility/Intelligence gain per level rescaled to 5/7/3 from 6/7/2.

E - Armor Penetration bonus based on the number of Enemy Heroes has been rescaled to a min-max of 6%-16% from 6%-21%.

R - Scaling Target and Area Physical Damage reduced to 15% Current Shields from 20%.

- Cooldown rescaled to 80/60/40 from 60/50/40.

 

Garamond

HP - SCV timed life duration reduced to 8s from 10s.

 

Huntress

Q - Energy cost reduced to 50/60/70/80 from 60/70/80/90.

W- Cooldown set at 20 from 24.

R - Cooldown set at 90/75/60 from 120/90/60.
 

Ixian

HP - Max stacks reduced to 3 from 4.

- Weapon Damage bonus per stack set to 20 + (1*LVL) (+50% Weapon Damage) from 15 + (1*LVL) (+40% Weapon Damage).

Q - Cooldown rescaled to 22/18/14/10 from 24/20/16/12.

E (Blue Gene) - Scaling Physical Damage per Charge set to (+25% Weapon Damage) from (+20% Weapon Damage).

R - Leash Slow reduced to 30/40/50% from 50/60/70%.

- Cooldown rescaled to 110/90/70 from 70.

 

Kerrigan

W - Bounce radius rescaled to 4/4.5/5/5.5u from 4u. 

 

Kuradel

HP - Intelligence bonus duration increased to 300 from 240.

R - Cast range increased to 8 from 6.
 

Nemesis

R - Respawn Time is now increased by 30% from 33%.

 

Overlord

Q - Intelligence Steal per Attack against Heroes increased to 4/6/8/10 from 2/4/6/8.

E - Ability Bonus True Damage rescaled to 8/10/12/14% Current Energy from 9/10/14/18%.

- Duration reduced to 9 from 14. 

- Cast range decreased to 5/6/7/8 from 10/12/14/16.

R - Cooldown set at 130 from 140/130/120.

- Canceling the cast time will still put this ability on cooldown now.

 

Roulette

R - Base Spell Damage increased to 200/300/400 from 150/250/350.

- Cooldown decreased to 160/150/140 from 180/160/140.
 

Summers

V - Self-detonation effect removed.

Q (Rework) - Armed Proficiency 

[Passive] While equipped with Grenades, Jakk gains bonus Movement Speed. While equipped with Energy Rifle, Jakk gains bonus Weapon Speed. 

Whenever Jakk switches between the two, he also gains an Initial Movement or Weapon Speed Boost that lasts for a Duration. 

Initial Movement Speed Boost (Grenades): +10%

Movement Speed (Grenades): +3% / +6% / +9% / +12%

Initial Weapon Speed Boost (Energy Rifle: +10%

Weapon Speed (Energy Rifle): +8% / +12% / +16% / +20%

Initial Boost Duration: 3s

W (Rework) - Sly Drone

[Activate - Energy Cost 50 - Cooldown 30] Jakk drops a mobile Sly Drone at his current location. Sly Drones act like scouts, providing Vision, and Radar over enemy heroes through the fog. 

If a Sly Drone is struck by Jakk's Force Beam (E) it will detonate, destroying itself and dealing Current Level 'Force Beam' Spell Damage and Stun to enemies in a 3.5u-radius area around it. 

Sly Drones have 100% Spell Resistance, No Collision, and are automatically added to Control Group 2. Maximum 3 Sly Drones at a time. 

Movement Speed: 1/2/3/4

Sight/Radar Radius: 8/10/12/14

Hits to Destroy: 2

Duration: 300s

E (Force Beam) - Base Spell Damage rescaled to 80/120/140/200 from 60/110/170/220.

E (Proximity Mine) - Now has a cast range of 7 from 1.5.

- Base damage reduced to 75/150/225/300 from 100/200/300/400.

- Energy cost reduced to 100/125/150/175 from 110/135/160/185.

R - Automatically added to Control Group 3 from 2

 

Tassadar

W - Cooldown reduced to 18 from 24.

- Now goes on cooldown only after it completes its duration.

 

Unix

W - Cast range rescaled to 7/8/9/10 from 10.
