General

- Hero respawn timer increased by 25% to be more in proportion with the map size (At Level 18, this translates to at least 15 additional seconds of game time.)

 

Terrain

- Added bush mid.

- All ambiguous looking cliffs were framed better to more easily tell them apart from ramps.

- T3 active talents Haste/Fortify/Transport cooldowns rescaled from 180 to 200/240/160.

 

Jungle

- Fire Worm’ ‘Primal Blood’ Buff now reduces the respawn timer of your team’s heroes by 10% for its duration.

- Nydus Destroyer’ ‘Primal Essence’ Buff now reduces the respawn timer of your team’s heroes by 15% for its duration.

- Yagdra’ ‘Primal Fury’ Buff now reduces the respawn timer of your team’s heroes by 20% for its duration.

Ancient Rune

Kura’s Death Mask

- New Unique:

Nitrogen Retrofit

Now affects Attack Speed same  as Movement Speed).

 

Truesight Elixir

- Renamed to Radar Kit. Now grants 12u-radius radar along with detection (Note: Radar can detect objects such as enemy wards on high ground).

General

Increased all hero movement speed by 0.05-0.1.

 

Biotron

Q - Base damage buff reverted back to 60/80/100/120.

W - Reduces cooldowns by 1 second per minion consumed.

 

Dehaka

W - Increased duration of attribute steal/gain from 90 seconds to 300 seconds.

- Decreased primary attribute steal from 10 to 5.

- Maximum stacks stolen or gained set to 20. 

 

Erekul

W - Cast range increased from 5 to 6.

R - Damage rescaled to 30/55/80% missing health from 35/60/85. Cooldown increased to 130/110/90 from 130/100/70.

 

Grunty

R - Movement speed bonus rescaled from 40/50/60% for 8 seconds to 30/40/50% for 10 seconds

 

Huntress

- STR/AGI/INT Attribute gain per level rescaled from 4/6/5 to 3/6/6. 

Q - Scaling reduced to (50% INT) + (50% Weapon Damage) from (75% INT) + (75% Weapon Damage).

- Energy Cost rescaled to 75/100/125/150 from 65/80/95/110.

- Updated sound.

W - Base damage reduced to 15/20/25/30. Now scales with (50% INT) from (24% INT).

E - Now scales with (75% Weapon Damage) instead of (140% Weapon Damage)

R - Base damage reduced to 150/225/300 from 150/250/350. Scaling increased to (100% INT) + (100% Weapon Damage).

- Linear AoE reduced from 2.2u-wide to 2u-wide.

- Energy Cost rescaled to 175/250/325 from 125/200/275.

- Cooldown rescaled to 130/110/90 from 130/100/70.

- Cast time increased from 0.25s to 0.5s.

 

Jakk

E - Remake:
Jakk plants an invisible Proximity Mine at target location, lasting 480 seconds.  When a mine is tripped, nearby enemies (2u-radius) take Spell Damage, are Silenced, and Slowed by 45% for 2.5 seconds. 5 Charges.

Spell Damage: 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 (+40% INT)

Energy Cost: 40 / 50 / 60 / 70

Cooldown: 12 / 10 / 8 / 6

 

Proximity Mines have 4u sight radius, and are targetable (bounty; 6 minerals) .

 

 

Leo

W - Vision radius rescaled from 40/60/80/100u to 30/60/90/120u.

 

Nova

- STR/AGI/INT Attribute gain per level rescaled from 4/6/5 to 2/9/4. 

R - Attack timer increased to 5.25 from 5.

 

Psionic

Psi Orbs now have 4u-radius sight range.

- Cooldown rescaled from 10/5/2.5/0 to 8/6/4/2.

- Cast range increased by 0.5u (9.5u). 

W - Damage scaling increased from 50% INT to 75% INT.

Toxi

Death Penalty - Every death has a 5% chance of destroying one item within inventory. (stacks up to 15% for consecutive deaths)

 

Talents

- Haste: Cooldown reduced to 180 (from 240). Now costs 5% Max Energy. Updated sound and visual.

- Recover: Cooldown improved to 300s from 360.

- Swiftness: Movement speed bonus increased from 6 to 8.5%.

- Transport: Increased the size of team indicator. Cooldown reduced to 180 (from 300). Now costs 5% Max Energy.

- Fortify: Cooldown reduced to 180 (from  300). Now costs 5% Max Energy.

 

Shop

- 2 new side shops added adjacent to Protoss and Zerg safelane T1 towers! (Currently only sell consumables accessed by pressing 'B' or clicking; Under construction)

Jungle

- Now 9 Jungle camps per side of the map, 20 total including Aeon and Worm.

- Thors, Hellions, and Siege Tanks all now have 100 energy.

- Jungle Neutrals' base bounty/XP rewards have been rebalanced accordingly: Cyclones 20/25, Hellions 30/50, Siege Tanks 40/75, Thor 50/100, Xanthos 100/200.

- Added 1 tier 4 aka Sub-boss jungle camp (Xanthos Beta) per side of the map.

Creeps

- New ranged suppressor supercreeps for each team, Zerg' Ultrahost and Protoss' Colossus.

- All creeps had their movement speed increased by 0.75.

- Ranged lane creeps (Locusts/Dragoons) now deal 50 damage from 20. Grant 50 XP from 25.

- Melee lane creeps (Roaches/Zealots) now grant 25 XP from 30.

- Siege lane creeps now deal 100 base damage from 60.

- All supercreeps now deal 200 base damage from 150.

 

Buildings

- Replaced Protoss/Zerg Artifacts with Protoss Nexus Prime and Zerg Hivemind. Both buildings have unique but equal weapon systems that will continue to defend themselves until they are destroyed. 8000 HP, no shields, 20 HP/s regen with a 60s delay.

- All towers as well as the Protoss Nexus/Zerg Hivemind possess the 'Siege Master' passive aura (5u-radius) that provides allied heroic units around them with +8 physical and spell armor.

- Updated models for Zerg Melee and Ranged Suppressors.

- Updated models for Protoss and Zerg Towers.

- T1/T2/T3 towers now have 3000/3250/3500 HP from 3000 HP.

- Zerg and Protoss each have 2 new Sanctums in their jungles. They possess the 'Serenity' passive aura (5u-radius) that provides allied heroic units around them with +4 Health/Energy Regeneration and +100% Health/Energy Regeneration per second. The effect is disabled for 10s if they take any damage. Sanctums are invulnerable until a team's T3 tower is down, and will reward all your team 150 minerals upon destroying them.

Items

General

- All consumables now stack up to 3 times per item slot in your inventory, except Flares, Sentry Wards, and Truesight Wards which all now stack up to 5 times per item slot.

- Bounty for destroying Enemy Sentry/Truesight Wards set to 100/100 from 20/60. 

- Powerstrike Items now all have an internal CD of 4s.

 

Energy Capsule

- Now restores 300 energy over 20 seconds instead of 250 energy over 10 seconds.

 

Eye of Narud

- Replaced Graviton Booster component with Prophecy Stone. Now costs 1700 from 1600 and gives: +300 Health, 4 Health regen, 3 energy regen, +15 Weapon Damage. Unique and Active unchanged.

- Increased Narud's Observer movement speed to 4.5 from 3.75.

 

Flare

- Increased cast range from 60 to 80

- Updated sound.

 

Lion's Bane

- Unique now grants 15% Movement Speed when you are within 12u of any structure (from 20% MS within 8u of any structure).

 

Sentry Ward

- Increased sight radius from 12u to 14u.
 

Silver Soul

- Active duration increased from 4 to 5s.

 

Soul Engine

- Now grants +5% CDR and 0.05 MS from 4% and 0.04 MS respectively.

 

Warp Shard

- Updated sound and/or visuals.

 

Heroes

General

- All heroes had their movement speed increased by 0.15-0.25 or approximately 6-7%.

- Many heroes had their energy costs slightly adjusted/rescaled to be more in proportionate with one another.

- All hero Str/Agi/Int attributes gained per level add up to15 points total per level always (Feral, Tosh, and a few others exceeded 15 and were reeled in).

- All heroic summoned units now have 10u-sight radius, except: Tassadar Astral Projection (12u), Karax Illusion (12u), Biotron Infected Civilians (8u), Queen Banelings (4u). 

- All heroic summoned structures now have 8u-sight radius, except: Jakk Spyder Wards (14u), Narud Loci of Power (4u), Chuck Brownstone Fissure (4u), Grunty Swamp Trap (2u), Jakk Mine Field (2u).

 

Alarak

HP - Healing from damage dealt reduced to 25 + (25% of Damage Dealt) from 25 + (40% of Damage Dealt)

Q. W, R - Updated sound and/or visuals.

 

Anthrax

E - Updated sound.

R - No longer is disabled when in combat. Now has a 1.55s cast time (and new cast sound and animation!).

 

Artanis

HP - Damage reduced from 30+7*Lvl(+150% INT) to 50 + (100% INT). Slow reduced from 80% to 60%.

R - Stun upon arrival reduced from 1.5s to 0.75s.

 

Avenger

HP - AoE increased from 20u to 60u. Stacks now last 15 seconds from 10.

Q - Base damage reduced from 95/140/185/230 to 60/90/120/150. Cooldown rescaled from 15/14/13/12s to 20/16/12/8. 

- Attack/Movement speed loss rescaled from 15/20/25/30% to 10/20/30/40%.

E - Range rescaled from 9 to 7/8/9/10.

- Updated sound.

R - Base Damage increased from 45/90/135 to 50/100/150.

 

Biotron

HP - Infected Civilians now deal half damage to structures.

Q - Base damage increased to 60/90/120/150 from 60/80/100/120.

R - Can now target structures. Cooldown rescaled from 120/110/100 to 140/120/100.

 

Boros

HP - INT scaling increased from 35% to 40%.

Q - Damage per second rescaled from 40/65/90/115 + (35% INT) to 40/60/80/100 +(40% INT). Energy cost rescaled to 75/100/125/150.

- Updated sound.

W - Psionic Bola cooldown reduced from 28 to 26.

R - Omnislash now deals 150 + (50% Weapon Damage) per slash, up to 3/6/9 slashes (from 75 + [25% Weapon Damage] per slash; 6/12/18 slashes).

- Energy cost rescaled to 175/225/275.

- Basic attacks no longer reduce its cooldown.

- Cooldown rescaled to 130/100/70 from 110/100/90.

- Updated sound.

 

Brine

HP - Cast range increased from 4.5u to 4.75u. Energy cost removed.

Q - Updated visuals.

W - Base healing increased to 100/175/250/325 from 90/160/230/300. Now scales with 50% STR instead of 100% INT. Energy cost rescaled to 80/100/120/140 from 75/90/105/120. 

- Updated sound and visuals.

E - Damage rescaled to 40/60/80/100 + (10% Target Current Health) / Second from 60/100/140/180 + (60% INT) / Second.

R - Lasts 35 seconds from 15. Cooldown rescaled from 70/55/40 to 80/60/40.

 

Cain

HP, Q, E - Updated sound and/or visuals.

 

Dehaka

W - Base damage increased to 40/60/80/100 from 50/65/80/95. Cooldown increased to 10s at all levels from 7/6.5/6/5.5s. Energy cost increased to 40/50/60/70.

- New Essence Upgrade: Steals primary attributes, lowering heroic enemy target's primary attribute by 10 for 90 seconds, and increasing Dehaka's STR, INT, and AGI by 5 for 90 seconds. Stacks up to 5 and 10 times respectively. Upgraded cooldown is halved (5s).

- Updated sound.

E - Damage changed to 30/60/90/120 + (60% STR) from 10/40/70/100 + (10% Target Current Health).

- Updated sound.

R - Max Health Scaling increased from 7.5% to 10%. Cost increased from 15% Current Health to 20% Current Health. Cooldown rescaled to 120/90/60.

 

Dustin

- Str/Agi/Int attribute gain per level rescaled from 5/4/6 to 3/3/9. 

Q - Damage increased from 50/100/150/200 (+70% INT) to 60/120/180/240 (+75% INT). Energy cost increased to 80/110/140/170.

W - Base damage decreased from 60/110/160/210 to 60/90/120/150. Energy cost rescaled to 80/100/120/140. Cooldown rescaled from 25 to 24/22/20/18.

E - Updated visuals.

 

Erekul

HP - AoE increased from 6u to 10u.

Q -  Base Damage (Heal) rescaled from 70/130/190/250 (40/70/100/130) to 100/140/180/220 (50/70/90/110). 

- Cooldown rescaled from 15 to 16/14/12/10. Energy cost rescaled to 75/100/125/150 from 80/100/120/140.

W - Updated sound.

E - No longer excludes Ultimate.

R - Now scales with target's missing health only; from 18/25/32% + (125% INT) True Damage to dealing 35/60/85% of Target's' Missing Health as True Damage. Energy Cost increased to 175/275/375 from 150/250/350. Cooldown rescaled from 70 to 130/100/70. 

 

Geneva

R - Cooldown rescaled to 90/60/30 from 80/70/60. Energy Cost changed to 100/50/0 from 75.

- Now procs Geneva's Heroic Passive for its duration. 

- Updated sound.

 

Greelus

HP - Teleport range increased from 15u to 20u.

 

Grunty

W - Reveal radius increased from 5u to 8u (Slow AoE still 5u).

- Updated model.


Huntress

HP - Hero kills refresh all Huntress's cooldowns completely. No longer procs hero assists.

W - Cast range reduced from 8u to 6u.

R - Energy cost rescaled to 125/200/275 from 100/125/150.

 

Immortal

- Default Skin updated.

 

Jakk

W - Spyder Ward sight range increased to 14u. Cooldown rescaled from 80/60/40/20 to 100/80/60/40.

- Bounty increased to 20.

E (Mine Field) - Cast range reduced to 3u (from 7u); Duration increased from 8s to 35s; Energy cost rescaled from 80/110/140/170 to 100/125/150/175; Cooldown rescaled to 24/22/20/18.

- Movement speed debuff increased to 45% from 35%, duration to 2.5s from 2s. Damage decreased to 40/60/80/100 (+20% INT) from 40/70/100/130 +(35% INT).

- Mine Fields are now cloaked and require detection to be seen. Targetable by towers only.

- Updated visuals.

E (Force Beam) - Updated sound.

Karax (NEW!)

 

 

 

HP - Adurant Annex: [Target Unit] Warp in an Adurant to Follow and Buffan Allied Hero for 180s. The Adurant grants +2 Sight Range, +.5% Energy Regen/s and deals True Damage to the last unit their hero attacks within 6u range. The Adurant's Attack Speed Increases with Karax's level. Karax permanently has an Adurant, and can power up to 2 other Adurants.

 

True Damage: 15 (+.5% Target Current Health)

Adurant Base Attack Speed: 1.5

Attack Speed Increase: 5%*LVL

 

Q - Immobilizing Propellant: [Target Unit, 8 Range From Any Adurant, 3u AoE] Aim at a target unit for up to 3.5s then fire, Rooting enemies and granting 10% Movement Speed and Slow Immunity to allies upon impact for 1 (+Channel Time)s.

 

Cooldown: 35 / 30 / 25 / 20

 

W - Dusk's Guise: [Activate, Global] Create an Illusion of yourself for a few seconds. Adurants also grant True Cloak and 12% Movement Speed to their heroes for the same duration. The illusion takes 150% Damage and deals 0%.

 

Duration: 3s/ 3.5s/ 4s/ 4.5s

 

E - Capacitation: [Activate, Global] Supercharge Adurants granting their heroes Bonus On-Hit Physical Damage while Reducing their Weapon Speed for 6 attacks. The bonus damage is halved on Karax.

W - Primary INT scaling increased from 27.5 to 33%. Energy cost increased to 80/100/120/140 from 55/65/75/85. Cooldown rescaled to 9/7/5/3s from 7/6.5/6/5.5s.

R - Base energy cost reduced to 20/35/50 from 20/40/60.

Nova

HP - Updated visuals.

Q - If you activate Silent Takedown without a Scoped Target present, the skill will now still cost energy and it will go into cooldown.

- Energy Cost set to 60 at all levels. 

- Energy refunded on kill increased to 5/10/15/20 from 6/9/12/15.

R - Damage changed to 20/35/50 + (50/75/100% Weapon Damage) from 55/70/85 + (50/52/53% Weapon Damage).

- Cast range bonus increased to 1/2/3u from 1.5u.

- Reduces Nova's movement speed by 35% when active.

- Toggling now has a 1.5/1.25/1 second cast time and a 10 second cooldown.

Pyro

- Str/Agi/Int attribute gain per level rescaled from 6/3/6 to 8/3/4. 

HP - Feel the Heat's 'Burn' debuff replaced with 'Scorched' and no longer deals damage. 'Scorched' enemies have 50% reduced healing. Lasts 3 seconds.

Q - Damage amp increased to 9/12/15/18% from 8/10.5/13/15.5%. Energy cost rescaled to 60/65/70/75 from 50/55/60/65.

W - Healing bonus reduced from 60/70/80/90% to 30/40/50/60%.

R - Cast range reduced to 10/20/30 from 30/50/70.

 

Queen

E - Cast range reduced from 3 to 0, Cast animation updated.

- Cooldown set to 50 seconds at all levels from 60/45/30/15.

- Max Creep Tumors changed from 2/3/4/5 to 2/4/6/8 (1/2/3/4 Charges; 50 second replenish time). 

- Bounty increased to 20.

R - Updated model.

 

Raynor

W - Raiders' damage changed to 25 + (15% INT) from 10+5*(Lvl) + (10% INT). Cast range increased from 10u to 10/14/18/22u. Now have a 90 second timed life. Energy cost reduced to 125 at all levels from 120/130/140/150.

 

Rancor

HP - Refund reduced to 25% from 50%.

W - Cooldown rescaled to 100/75/50/25s from 80/65/50/35s. Energy cost set to 75 at all levels from 60/70/80/90.

E - Movement speed bonus increased to 10/15/20/25% from 7.5/12.5/17.5/22.5%. Energy cost increased to 75 from 60.

 

Rory

W - Energy cost reduced from 120/150/180/210 to 120/140/160/180. AoE increased from 3.5 to 3.75u. Cast range increased to 7u from 6u.

E - Damage Percentage since effect began rescaled from 22/28/34/40% to 16/24/32/40%. Cast range increased to 10u (from 9). Energy cost rescaled from 120/135/150/165 to 100/125/150/175.

R - Base damage decreased from 175/250/325 to 150/225/300. Cast range reduced to 4u.

- Updated sound and visuals.

 

Shadow

Q - Updated sound.

 

Stukov

Toxi

Viron

- Fixed Vergil' AA not playing correct sounds.

HP - Time scale bonus reduced from 1.25% Timescale per 10% missing health to 1% Timescale. Double Timescale bonus threshold raised from 30% to 40%. Updated sound.

Q - Cooldown between each charge use increased from 0.5s to 1s. Updated sound.

E - Cooldown between each charge use increased from 0.5s to 2.5s. Updated sound.

- Fixed bug which allowed Vergil to blink into unpathable terrain.

Warfield

Q - Updated visuals.

 

Yig

Q - Cooldown increased to 15s at all levels from 5/4/3/2; Added max 3 charges, projectile speed significantly reduced, but cast range increased from 7u to 12u.
