Garamond

HP - SCV's are now one shot by all basic attacks

Q - Slow 30/40/50/60% -> 22/33/44/55%

W - Stun .4 -> .5

E - Damage per second 20/30/40/50 + 20% INT -> 20/30/40/50 + 24% INT

- Cooldown between charge use 1s -> 5s

- Sight radius 14 -> 7 (sight range for all heroes is 12)

 

Dehaka:

HP - Missing health gained 3.5% -> 2.25%

Q - .6s stun -> .52s stun

E - Range 6/9/12/15 -> 7/9/11/13

 

Duran's pendant:

Energy leech: 16 -> 12

 

Fury:

Weapon speed - 15% -> 14%

 

Vigor:

Health regen - .24% -> .22%

 

Swiftness:

Movespeed - 6% -> 5%

 

Zeal:

Movespeed - .25 -> .15

 

Nova:

R - Range 8 -> 6.5

- New ult projectile

 

Anthrax:

R - Damage 200/325/450 -> 150/275/400

 

Unix:

Q - No longer grants life regen at all levels (still grants energy regen)

R - Range 7 -> 5.5

- Leash range 8 -> 6.5

 

Greelus:

E - Now visible to enemies

- Acceleration 8u/s^2 -> 6u/s^2

 

Sunflare Gun:

Active - Timescale stolen 18% -> 14%

- Damage 200 + 15% max life -> 200 + 14% max life

 

Black Hole Magnum:

Powerstrike - Has 20 base damage

 

Starscream:

Q (Assault mode) - Mana cost 60/60/90/120 -> 60/75/90/115

Q (Flying mode) - Mana cost 0/0/0/0 -> 45/55/65/75

 

Khali Blade:

Crit chance: 18% -> 30%

crit damage: 40% -> 30%

 

Kuradel:

Q - Scaling (35% INT)^1.1 -> (32% INT)^1.1

 

Corona:

Base Attack damage - 25 -> 22

Q - Energy cost 35/40/45/50 -> 50/55/60/65

W - Scaling 25% INT -> 20% INT

R - Movespeed 3 -> 2.85

 

Jackson:

R - Channel time 1.25/1/.75s -> 1/.875/.75s

 

Viron

E - Now gives proper amount of health per second.

 

Null

Q - Scaling 20% INT -> 18% INT

I would like to see a small egon buff to his Shield at levels 3 and 4. currently it is for 240(+2.5*stacks) on a single target. where medics is 250(+50%Int) aoe plus a push effect. I dont feel as though medics is to strong but i could easily see egons shield being buffed to 250-280(+30-50%Int)(+2.5*stacks) at level 4 since it is single target and doesnt do anything else when cast on ally. If not that maybe a cd reduction as it has a 15 second cd at level 4 which is really high for a skill that doesnt shield for very much

Atomik, i ask , how much range Schrodinger's Lockbox?? 4u or 4,5u? Range ? --> 5 or 6 Range?

 

I think not only Garamond need Lockbox, but Jakk, Lurker, Rory, etc.!

Agreeing with Quistmann re: Egon, kinda.

 

W change lost Egon a lot of early sustain and... and that silence.

 

Egon could be anti-burst if W scaled better.

 

Or if the range was really high, you could be shield the bola magnet.

 

CD could be increase to balance out.

ok..................... but I have this strange feeling that if u cant land it w/o lb, then even w/ lb, u can still miss.
