Game Sys

- Artifact Temple now has a health bar

- TS elixir now displays its duration on the buff bar

- Stat bonus grants +6 all stats -> +4 Str + 5 Agi + 6 Int

- Yagdra respawn time 10min -> 8min

- Int Energy per stat +3 -> +1. Energy Regen per stat .015 -> .01

- Energy gain per level +15 -> +20

- Base Energy 125 -> 150. Base Energy Regen 0 -> .25

- Nullifier 12 Spell Armor -> 14 Spell Armor. All Spell Armor items have had their values increased slightly, excluding Sliptide.

- Neosteel Vestiments 12 Armor -> 14 Armor. All Armor items have had their values increased slightly.

- Sliptide Spell Armor Unique +10 Spell Armor + 7% Mvspd stacking 2x -> +6 Spell Armor + 4% Mvspd stacking 3x

- Fixed Blinkmoth Serum CDR not working.

- Khalis Relic Stacking Int +5 Int for 6s, stacking 8x -> +5 Int for 8s, stacking 10x

- Symphonic Seed Unique altared: On kill or assist, grants +50 Energy Regen and 100% CDR for 5s. -> Grants +.75% Missing Energy / S. On kill or assist, grants +30 Energy Regen and 100% CDR for 5s.

The couple of buffs for narud is great thx!!!!

 

However--- for Narud in particular.... as he is now...... his questionable usefulness(according to opinion of some) was amplified to total silliness with new mana mechanics.

 

if you even simply get stunned while your ult is on-well- just try it out. You might agree with me.

Actually I found it quite the opposite. Because his r has % energy cost component, it's total cost has decreased. Meanwhile ihan crystal (which was already amazing on narud) has flat energy regen on its active. Ihan was basically filling half my energy bar at all points in time in the game.

Hey is stukov auto ability now like toxi's that auto casts on allied creeps?

 

Can we change this so that toxi's and stukov auto abilities only are randomly procted at allied heroic units?

no stukov's will only target allied non-massive non-light non-structure heroic units (basically just player controlled heroes)

 

he can still manually cast it on any allied non-structure unit.

kk I'll try it more- I should prob always open with Ihan?

 

I had symphonic seed, but I must have needed more regen-id get through like half a ghosts hp, get stunned, then be out of mana.

For heroes that have heavy energy issues (Dustin, Maar, Narud, etc.), if they are INT/Caster heroes, I always open with Ihan Crystal. If it is not a Caster type (ex. Boros, Brine) I buy a Kinetic Cell or Space Battery. I've found that many times the issue is that you do not have enough Max Energy, while your regen is fine. You can also sell Kinetic Cell later and still keep those energy stacks.

taznkid, opening raynor with only powerstone can also be very useful specially if enemies are aiming at you constantly to recover hp and energy.

 

Its like having one hp and energy pot that you can ue every 40 sec or so.

Queen never was very strong, for a pusher she could only win lane vs people who would stand in her banes, if shes supposed to be a pusher plz make her push more overwhelming, she loses out in push potential and utility to just about every pusher and any adc who bought explosive

i disagree with the whole AoS concept of a pusher (which is a hero who just shoves down creeps and towers). that seems incredibly stupid to me to define a hero as. shes a support that can zone really well with banelings, has a heal, and has cc. As far as her 10 base heal, your forgetting it has a biomass component.
