My suggestion in current Beta balance

Fury

10%->20% crit damage

 

Undying

25%->10 seconds+20% reduced respawn time

 

Recover

60+15% max health and energy->100 health and 250 energy

 

Vigor

0.24% max health regen-> 0.5% max health regen if you didn't take damage for last 20 seconds

 

Brillance

0.24% max energy regen-> 0.7% max energy regen if you didn't take damage for last 20 seconds

 

 

Items

 

impact dial

-Add 1 second pre-delay

 

Warpshard

-Add impact dial on component and remove lost treasure

 

Revolver

-Toggleable unique 75% weapon damage or 75% int

 

stun knife

-reduce cost to 1200

-reduce cost to 650

-reduce armor bonus to 5

 

Pyre

-50%->60% weapon speed

-increase cost to 3500

-it's actaully a bug if you use active on the enemy hero whos far away from you it doesn't order your hero to move it just say "target is out of range"

 

lockbox

-reduce cost to 1400

 

Atom smasher

-reduce slow to 60%

 

Xenomorph Cleaver and Gauss Cannon

-we need an combined late game item for armor penetration

 

Everthirst

-it needs clear concept it gives you too less tankyness for tank to get it also it gives you too less damage for dps or int to get it. unique is fine

 

Barbed

-we need an late game form item of barbed which gives you health also

 

Kura's death mask

-healing reduction 40%->80%

 

Shadowmourne

-Need maximum damage limite for duration(e.g. clone dies after clone deals specific damage)

 

Eternity

-is unique same with +20% spell leech? correct me if i'm wrong.....

Avenger

-Increase the speed of auto attack projectile(if he's in 1vs1 situation with other AA he will lose always because you will get hit 1 or 2 more times due to slow projectile)

 

Rancor

-Need buff a lot. it sucks a lot after the nerf

 

Drake

-E

Remove spell damage stuff(i dont see the point)

Now gives lance extra 1/1.3/1.6/1.9 range

Now gives Martyr extra 10/12/14/16 damage per seconds.

Now gives Epilogue extra 1/1.5/2/2.5 seconds additional movement speed slow duration

Spell damage 200/300/400(+70% int)

 

shadow

-R(it's just lame that scanner counter it while TS ellixir cant... TS cost 600 and Scanner cost 150)

Enemy with TS elixir no more get blinded

 

Maar

Effect reduced by 50% against enemy with TS elixir

Spectres no more controlable

Spectre follows tosh automatically

Spectre no more gives you mineral when you kill it

Spectre attacks the target that tosh is attacking automatically

Stukov

Ill only comment on things that i feel as though i understand but i hope it helps.

Talents

Fury

The point here is to make talents less important so they arent going to buff them. Early game heros have become so reliant on talents and they are trying to get away from that.

Kura's death mask

-healing reduction 40%->80%

I could be wrong but im pretty sure that if more than one person has a kura's the healing reductions stack. that being said the item is supposed to help against leech and spell vamp not completely negate it.

 

Shadowmourne

This item might be removed from the game soon anywayss

 

 

Eternity

Jackson doesnt need any nerfs, this would make him unplayable

Not a nerf, he is now support and if people would stop trying to build him argus into gravity they would realize how strong he is. He isnt a killing machine but he is very strong map control and cc. Try building him Tanky support and you will feel better about him.

 

Drake

-E

Remove spell damage stuff(i dont see the point)

Its like a mini barbed and helps him against aa heros

Now gives lance extra 1/1.3/1.6/1.9 range

This doesnt need more range just more skill

Now gives Martyr extra 10/12/14/16 damage per seconds

Martyr is a good skill but there is a reason people max it last after stats we dont need drake doing more dmg to himself

Now gives Epilogue extra 1/1.5/2/2.5 seconds additional movement speed slow duration

-R

Spell damage 200/300/400(+70% int)

I can see the dmg nerf, but the utl does not need a cc buff as it is prolly the strongest(or one of the strongest) ults in the game

 

Tosh

-W

Spectres no more controlable

This would take a lot of the skill out of playing tosh. Plus its fun to micro spectres to get assists when you are dead :D

Spectre no more gives you mineral when you kill it

All spaws give minerals when killed

Spectre attacks the target that tosh is attacking automatically

I will admit that it is situational but it gives good int (70 I think) good spell resist and the passive works well against a team with many healing people if you have a caster that can apply it to everyone at once. Generally if its just one person that is the problem cauterizer is better (it gives 50% reduction but is proced on aa's)

The counterplay is to not stand next to each other, but your nerf was too severe

You are free to your wrong opinion but i can say from personal experience playing him ih that he is a strong support

They do give a good amount and maybe that could see a decrease but they will always give minerals because they are spawns and all spawns do. It wouldn't make sense if they gave no bounty.

As I dislike 85% of these and I'm not going to go through it all... I'm just going to say you need to give convincing reasoning for all your propositions, not just demand stat changes. You kinda gave some reasoning in your next post, but not comprehensively.. Like why do you want to nerf lz attack speed? Why would you make tosh spectres uncontrollable, reducing the fun of that hero, and what makes you think that Pride is going to deviate from his bounty system? Etc etc...

Etc etc...

6% is less than 9% unfortunately.

 

And still doesn't change the fact that spectres being uncontrollable is a terrible idea. Makes tosh more boring, if you use specs for split push you don't have them in team fight.

The Eternity ability leech is different. It includes physical ability damage and excludes non-ability spell damage.

what about taser (and sword breaker) bug that i mentioned

is it intended?

I'm almost positive eternity is just normal spell leech, unless you changed this recently.

 

I was told it was ability based, not spell based. He could have been wrong.
