  9. 2.1 Game General - Hero respawn timer increased by 25% to be more in proportion with the map size (At Level 18, this translates to at least 15 additional seconds of game time.) Terrain - Added bush mid. - All ambiguous looking cliffs were framed better to more easily tell them apart from ramps. Talents - T3 active talents Haste/Fortify/Transport cooldowns rescaled from 180 to 200/240/160. Jungle - Fire Worm’ ‘Primal Blood’ Buff now reduces the respawn timer of your team’s heroes by 10% for its duration. - Nydus Destroyer’ ‘Primal Essence’ Buff now reduces the respawn timer of your team’s heroes by 15% for its duration. - Yagdra’ ‘Primal Fury’ Buff now reduces the respawn timer of your team’s heroes by 20% for its duration. Structures - Alpha/Beta/Gamma towers’ heath rescaled from 3000/3250/3500 to 3250/3500/3750. - Sanctums’ base Health/Energy regeneration increased from 4 to 5. Items Ancient Rune - New Unique Cauterizer - Healing reduction increased to 45% from 40. Health/Energy Capsules - Now are dispelled upon taking damage. - Updated visuals. Now grants 12u-radius radar along with detection (Note: Radar can detect objects such as enemy wards on high ground). Heroes General Increased all hero movement speed by 0.05-0.1. Biotron Q - Base damage buff reverted back to 60/80/100/120. W - Reduces cooldowns by 1 second per minion consumed. Dehaka W - Increased duration of attribute steal/gain from 90 seconds to 300 seconds. - Decreased primary attribute steal from 10 to 5. - Maximum stacks stolen or gained set to 20. Erekul W - Cast range increased from 5 to 6. R - Damage rescaled to 30/55/80% missing health from 35/60/85. Cooldown increased to 130/110/90 from 130/100/70. Grunty R - Movement speed bonus rescaled from 40/50/60% for 8 seconds to 30/40/50% for 10 seconds Huntress - STR/AGI/INT Attribute gain per level rescaled from 4/6/5 to 3/6/6. Q - Scaling reduced to (50% INT) + (50% Weapon Damage) from (75% INT) + (75% Weapon Damage). - Energy Cost rescaled to 75/100/125/150 from 65/80/95/110. - Updated sound. W - Base damage reduced to 15/20/25/30. Now scales with (50% INT) from (24% INT). E - Now scales with (75% Weapon Damage) instead of (140% Weapon Damage) R - Base damage reduced to 150/225/300 from 150/250/350. Scaling increased to (100% INT) + (100% Weapon Damage). - Linear AoE reduced from 2.2u-wide to 2u-wide. - Energy Cost rescaled to 175/250/325 from 125/200/275. - Cooldown rescaled to 130/110/90 from 130/100/70. - Cast time increased from 0.25s to 0.5s. Jakk E - Remake: Jakk plants an invisible Proximity Mine at target location, lasting 480 seconds. When a mine is tripped, nearby enemies (2u-radius) take Spell Damage, are Silenced, and Slowed by 45% for 2.5 seconds. 5 Charges. Spell Damage: 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 (+40% INT) Energy Cost: 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 Cooldown: 12 / 10 / 8 / 6 Proximity Mines have 4u sight radius, and are targetable (bounty; 6 minerals) . Leo W - Vision radius rescaled from 40/60/80/100u to 30/60/90/120u. Nova - STR/AGI/INT Attribute gain per level rescaled from 4/6/5 to 2/9/4. R - Attack timer increased to 5.25 from 5. Psionic Psi Orbs now have 4u-radius sight range. Q - Damage changed to 40/60/80/100 + (25% INT) from 68/86/104/122+[(25% INT)^1.2]. - Cooldown rescaled from 10/5/2.5/0 to 8/6/4/2. - Cast range increased by 0.5u (9.5u).   10. Well because melee carries can easily suck late game I intended to make them useful all game so if they do well they can snowball. If a melee hero is weak early game, he'll probably be pretty useless all game unless you have a specific draft. That's why shadow and leo are rarely picked IH. Very easily countered and have weak early games. Late game melee heroes easily get outshined by a Cyprus or Psionic one shotting people. Or a ranged AA killing him before he has time to get off more than 2 skills. This happens when there is constantly a team fight going on. Melee heroes are then best as split pushers so they can force a duel where they have a much better chance of success rather than the team fight. This of course is suggesting your Jackson can't get a 5 man ult and then have a leo or explosive shadow get a luda. That's the kind of logic I was considering when I gave them the scaling passives.
  11. I think artanis does a bit too much damage without items. Still, you'll find that artanis excels at taking out people one by one and if fed, 1v2. And walking around solo or in pairs the whole game is common in pubs. So is building glass cannon. So is having a bunch of squishy heroes. Like fell said it's a similar reason that penthos rolls pubs too. But I'm pretty sure artanis/penthos win rate in inhouses isn't anything special.
